The merits of each are obvious:

1, the lamp heating can only be local heating fast. It is hot where the lights are shining, especially overhead, and it is often thought to be too hot. However, it does not feel where it can not shine, such as feet and places other than radiation, so I think it is suitable for the top of the shower, and it can be left on during the shower.

2, the wind warming is slower, but the enveloping limitation is large, and the bathroom with a small area can increase the temperature at the same time. You can feel the warmth in every corner of the bathroom. The installation is suitable for the center of the bathroom, do not install the shower room or bathtub above, because when you open the hot water, the wind warm temperature can not be greater than the water temperature (warm wind up to more than 30 degrees, hot water to more than 50 degrees), so the bath will think that it is very cold, it is better to turn off.

In general: the thermal efficiency is high (power saving), but the safety is as good as the wind heating. It’s a little bit of both. The air conditioning type is not good, blowing the body feels very cold.
