7. The height of the installed hot and cold water pipe heads should be on the same level, only in this way will the hot and cold water switch be installed in the future to be beautiful.
8. After the water pipe is installed, the pipe head should be blocked immediately with a pipe plug. If any debris falls into it, there will be trouble!
9. After the installation of the water pipe is completed, a pressure test must be done! Check whether the installed water pipe has water seepage or leakage. Only after the pressure test can the tank be sealed with confidence.
10. During the pressure test, the pressure of the press must be above 0.6, and wait for more than 20-30 minutes. If the pointer position of the pressure gauge does not change, it means that the installed water pipe is sealed, and the groove can be sealed with confidence.
11. Although there is no pressure in the sewer pipe, it should also be checked with water, and carefully check whether there is water leakage or water seepage.
What should be paid attention to when laying out water pipes?
1. If the water pipe runs from the ground, it will be very troublesome to repair if there is a problem in the future, and once the water leaks, it may harm the neighbors downstairs. Therefore, in the waterway renovation design, the water pipe should try to run from the top. Furthermore, if the water pipe is buried in the wall, it is necessary to make a groove on the wall, and if the groove is made horizontally on the wall, it is likely to destroy the stress of the wall, and the seismic resistance of the wall will be much worse, so the owner should pay attention to the horizontal pipe.
