How to install explosion-proof air conditioner?
Install a protection sleeve at the hole through the wall (to prevent wear and tear of the pipeline through the wall hole), and seal the surrounding of the nozzle with a mask. 1. Lay a bedding cloth under the wall hole. Hodo’s furniture is covered with a cloth.
2. Connect the terminal block (note that the power supply current of the terminal block is greater than 16A), and connect the vacuum cleaner and impact drill.
3. The dust cover is at the suction port of the vacuum cleaner. The striker is inserted through the central hole of the dust cover, the dust cover is close to the wall hole, the center of the circle is aimed at the wall hole, and the outlet of the dust cover is kept facing down.
4. The installation personnel hold the hammer drill, one person holds the dust cover, turn on the vacuum cleaner and the hammer drill, and punch through the wall hole. During the process of punching through the wall hole, pay attention to whether there are large pieces of debris falling, so as not to block the vacuum cleaner.
5. After punching through the wall hole, you should use light force when the hammer drill is withdrawn. To prevent the dust from falling on the ground and drill completely out of the wall, remove the dust cover.
6. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust surrounding the wall hole.
How to clean and maintain the explosion-proof air conditioner?
1. Use stage.
In order to make the indoor air flow smoothly, clean the air filter once every 2 to 3 weeks, remove the air filter from the explosion-proof air conditioner according to the instructions, rinse it with water and brush it with a soft brush, and then dry it. When there is not a lot of dust, you can use a vacuum cleaner to clean it, but you can’t use gasoline, volatile oil, acid or hot water above 40 ℃ and hard brush to clean. The air conditioner casing and panel should also be wiped with a soft cloth to remove external dust and dirt. If the pollution is too serious, wash it with a soft cloth and soapy water or warm water not exceeding 45°C, and then dry it with a soft cloth.
2. Durable deactivation.
Before the explosion-proof air conditioner is stopped for a long time, the interior should be dried. Turn the main control selection switch to the strong wind, make the fan run at high speed for 4 hours, dry the internal moisture, then turn off the fan, unplug the power plug, and cover it with a plastic cloth. Wrap up the outdoor part to prevent the intrusion of dust and impurities, and cover the indoor part with a decorative cloth to prevent indoor dust from intruding into the machine.
3. Re-enable.
Before the explosion-proof air conditioner is put into use every summer, the wrapped plastic sheet should be opened for thorough cleaning and inspection. First remove the panel and stopper according to the instructions, pull out the machine base, and clean thoroughly with a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush, especially the dust on the fins of the evaporator and condenser. Do not damage the internal components when cleaning, and keep The evaporator and condenser fins are neatly arranged. After cleaning, carefully check whether all the wiring of the electrical circuit is loose or disconnected. After checking that everything is normal, put the machine base into the shell, and put it into use after it is powered on and tested for normal operation.
