Maintenance of the compressor
In the daily use process, pay attention to check the connection reliability of the inlet and outlet valves of the compressor, and whether there is any leakage; when measuring the running current, the cable should be located in the center of the measurement loop. Maintenance of economizers
When maintaining the saving device, pay attention to check and fasten the wiring terminals on the electrical circuit, check the burning conditions of the contactor contacts and the solenoid valves, such as the four-way reversing valve solenoid valve, the unit loading and unloading solenoid valve, and the liquid spray solenoid valve. Whether the valve, electric heating and other actions are normal, check the setting parameters to ensure that the thermal protection is well secured, the wiring is intact, the flow switch is refueled, and the opening and closing actions are normal.
Maintenance of the evaporator
When maintaining the evaporator, special attention should be paid to avoiding damage to the evaporator caused by freezing of water when it is not in use in winter, check the quality of frozen water and the scaling of the evaporator, and do a good job of draining and changing water. The sewage valve at the bottom of the evaporator should be opened Discharge the impurity sludge, and remove the sewage ball valve if necessary to increase the sewage outlet. According to the water color, suspended solids, rust, etc., it is recommended that users manually clean or use chemical cleaning.
