How to wash the mat to remove mites
1. Lay a wet towel on the bamboo mat, turn on the iron at about 60°C, and iron back and forth on the wet towel. Ironing all parts of the bamboo mat for a long time can make full use of high temperature steam to kill mites. The towel can also absorb and carry away insect remains, eggs and excrement. Therefore, during the ironing process, the towel should be washed several times.
2. Sarcoptes Scabies are most afraid of dehydration at high temperatures. Once the temperature exceeds 50°C, it cannot survive. Relevant experiments have shown that after four hours of exposure to sunlight at 39°C, 100,000 mites can be basically destroyed. Therefore, after scrubbing the bamboo mat, you can air it outdoors for 2 to 3 hours at noon when the sun is at its maximum.
