After using Tian Qidan steps
In general, we use water – essence – milk – eye cream – face cream. We can do all the usual steps, but applying an eye cream first is more effective. Tian Qidan’s milk is very thick, and it is not good to apply eye cream first. This is my personal experience. It varies from person to person.
