On August 15, on the Meuse River in Dinant, a small town in southern Belgium, people participated in the performance of the “Bathtub Boat Festival”.
On the same day, the annual water carnival “Tub Boat Festival” was held in Dinant, Belgium.
The Bathtub Boat Festival started in 1982. The event requires participants to build at least one bathtub on a boat, complete a 1,000-meter water cruise, and select the winner based on design creativity and live performance rather than speed.
Affected by the new crown epidemic, last year’s “tub boating festival” was cancelled, and the scale of this year’s event has also been reduced.
