1. There is induction (the indicator light is on) and there is no water: first determine whether the power supply is normal. The main domestic power supply mode is AC 220V transformed into 12V and 6V; DC 6V (four alkaline batteries of No. 7 or No. 5) and DC 3V (Two AAA or AAA alkaline batteries), block the infrared window with your hand to see if there is an indicator light, the infrared window of some sensor faucet brands is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, and the power indicator light is in the water control part (installed under the basin) ), if there is no response, it is preliminarily judged that the sensing part is faulty, and the infrared probe can be replaced. Here, it is recommended that users who cannot judge the fault, if there are other normal sensing faucets, can use the elimination method, first insert the infrared part in the Faulty faucet water control part (solenoid valve part), so it is easy to judge whether the induction part is faulty or the solenoid valve of the water control part is faulty, and at the same time, pay attention to whether all plugs are not in poor contact or possible to be damp.
2. There is no induction (the indicator light is not on) and the water is constantly flowing: eliminate foreign objects in front of the induction window (the principle of the sensor is that the machine will respond as long as there is an object within the infrared sensing distance range) and the indicator light is normal, check the water inlet of the water control part Check whether the end filter is blocked by sand or other sundries. If so, please clean it; If there is no water, it means that the solenoid valve is broken, just replace the part of the solenoid valve with a new one. There is an experience here. If the water cannot be shut off, after sensing with the hand, if the water volume is found to be large, the water volume cannot be shut off after the hand is removed, but the water volume is smaller than when it was used before, which means that the solenoid valve is not faulty. It is necessary to clean the inside of the solenoid valve according to the above method before it can be used normally.
3. There is induction (the indicator light is on) and constant flow of water: first check whether there is any impurity blocking the water inlet, if not, use the hand induction, and carefully listen to whether the solenoid valve core is working (there is a sound of opening and closing, if there is work) , just disassemble the inside of the solenoid valve of the faucet for cleaning, and then put it back as it is.
4. The amount of water coming out of the induction faucet is small: on the one hand, check whether it is due to the water pressure and the small flow of the pipeline itself; on the other hand, check whether the filter at the water inlet end of the water control part is blocked by impurities. The pipe joints are hot-melted during construction, and it is not ruled out that excessive hot-melting will deform the pipes and reduce the amount of water passing through the pipes.
