1. Prepare the necessary tools.
2. Install the bottom basin: Assemble the bottom basin parts, adjust the level of the bottom basin, and ensure that there is no water in the basin and the bottom of the basin. The hose can expand and contract with the distance, firmly connecting the bottom of the basin with the floor drain.
3. Test and protection: After installation, a water test is required to ensure that the water is unimpeded. 4. Locating and drilling: Use a pencil and a level to determine the drilling position of the aluminum material against the wall, and use a percussion drill to drill the hole.
4. Install the aluminum: Knock in the rubber particles at the drilled hole, and lock the aluminum strip to the wall with screws.
5. Fix the glass: clamp and lock the glass to the drilled hole in the bottom basin, and then fix it with screws.
6. Install the jacking pipe: find the corresponding position above the fixed glass and drill a hole, install the (straight/oblique) fixing seat and connect the jacking pipe. Secure it to the top of the glass with an elbow sleeve.
7. Install the rack: measure the position and install the rack, tighten the laminate nuts, fix the laminate glass, and keep it vertical and horizontal. Pay attention to waterproofing under the aluminum material that fixes the glass.
8. Install the movable door: install the hardware of the movable door, and install the hinge in the reserved hole of the fixed door. After installation, adjust the position of the axis of the lotus leaf until the door feels the best when closing the door.
9. Do a good job of waterproofing: install suction strips or water-retaining rubber strips on the side or bottom of the glass as required. Use silica gel to seal the joints between the aluminum material and the wall, the glass and the bottom basin.
10. Debugging and fastening: Check whether each part is comfortable and smooth to use, and adjust it in time if any problem is found. After adjusting, tighten the corresponding screws to make the whole shower room more firm.
11. Finishing work: snap the decorative aluminum strip into the wall-mounted aluminum material to ensure its neat and elegant appearance. Finally, the entire shower room needs to be wiped clean with a rag.
