1. Launch models before the Spring Festival
SONY’s entry-level TV model, the X80J, will be the first to go on sale before the Lunar New Year. The SONY TV X80J comes in five sizes: 43, 50, 55, 65 and 75 inches, but only 55, 65 and 75 inches are expected in the domestic market. The X80J uses the same side-in backlight as last year’s X8000H, and the screen has a 50/60Hz refresh rate. It will continue to use the X1 image processing chip, but it will have two HDMI2.1 ports, support for VRR variable refresh rate technology and ALLM.
