At present, the common backfill materials are: construction slag, carbon slag, ceramite and foamed cement.
Construction residue:
Construction residue, also known as construction waste, is usually the remaining auxiliary materials and soil clods for indoor demolition. Because most of the corners of the construction residue are very sharp, and contain the broken Angle of the steel bar, it is easy to puncture the pipeline, and the load is heavy, increasing the load of the floor, and there are serious safety risks. Therefore, backfilling with construction residue is simply irresponsible behavior, must pay attention to decoration, do not believe the routine of decoration personnel.
Material carbon slag:
This material is cheap, light weight, good water absorption and odor absorption effect, and is also a favorite material for many construction personnel. Although it is better than construction residue, the defects are also very obvious, too light to lead to loose structure, easy to fall and collapse, if the construction is not in place, it is also unsafe.
Ceramsite:
Ceramic material light, good water absorption, but also has the effect of moisture and sound insulation, is the mainstream backfill in recent years, many high-quality decoration companies will use ceramic backfill.
Of course, this backfill method is more complex, high requirements for construction technology, and relatively expensive. This is why many construction teachers do not want to use pottery.
Foam cement:
Foamed cement is also known as backfill treasure, lighter weight, stronger compression resistance, sound insulation and moisture resistance is also good, and has fluidity, will not affect the waterproof layer and pipeline. However, the same construction is complex and the process requirements are high.
In the selection of sunken toilet backfill materials, try to choose ceramic particles and foamed cement, and the quality and quality have a high guarantee.
