1. Determine the installation position and drill holes on the ground to align the sewage drain port on the ground with the sewage drain port at the bottom of the toilet bowl. According to the outer dimensions of the toilet bowl base, draw the position of the fixed hole in the bottom corner of the toilet bowl on the ground and drill holes with a hammer drill. The hole depth is about 5 cm.
2. Install the toilet base. Hammer the steel expansion bolt into the ground drilling hole, insert the bottom corner of the toilet into the expansion bolt, and tighten the nut to put the toilet in place. The toilet drain and the preset drain pipe on the ground should be closely connected and sealed.
3. Install the water tank (the connected toilet does not need this step). Drill holes in the corresponding fixed positions on the wall according to the installation height of the water tank and the hole position of the rear wall of the water tank and knock in the steel expansion bolt, then put the water tank in place, insert the expansion bolt into the hole of the rear wall, add the 3mm thick nylon washer, then put on the nut and tighten it.
4. Install the connection pipe between the water tank and the toilet base (copper pipe or plastic pipe, etc.), and the connection pipe between the water inlet pipe and the bottom of the water tank (stainless steel bellows, etc.). Angle valve (water inlet control valve) should be installed at the connection of water inlet pipe.
5. Install the floating ball and other accessories in the water tank.
6. After opening the water inlet valve, adjust the floating height of the float ball according to the required water inlet height in the tank, and adjust the tightness of the control screw according to the water spraying size of the water valve.
7. After the water tank is filled with water, check the sewage capacity of the toilet and whether there is leakage in the connection of each pipe.
8. Seal the gap between the toilet base and the ground with putty or silicone. Cement slurry or cement mortar shall not be used as sealing material.
9. Install toilet seat and lid.
