4. After the ceiling is installed, the distance between the Yuba and the ground should be 2.1 to 2.3m (except for the special requirements of the user).
5. The installation bracket must be used in the space above 2.5m. If the user insists on not using the bracket, it is necessary to declare to the user that the installation of the Yuba is too high, which will affect the use effect. Spring washers and flat pads must be added when using the bracket for installation.
6. The fixing screws of the Yuba body and each terminal in the switch must be tightened (including all screws before leaving the factory and during installation).
7. The expansion screws are not allowed to hang on the roof.
8. Hollow floor slabs must be perforated and spliced with iron wires, or “aircraft clips”.
9. After the wall-mounted Yuba is installed, the distance between the lower edge of the Yuba and the ground must be 1.7 to 1.8m (except for the special requirements of the user).
10. At least two expansion screws are used for hoisting of the iron wire. When the ceiling is installed, the iron wire should be separated into a herringbone shape, penetrated into the body through the bottom cover, and wound more than two times on the fixing plate of the lighting lamp holder in the body, and the belt should be replaced. When installing an airy Yuba, at least one expansion screw should be installed on both sides of the Yuba, and the iron wire should be tightened on the expansion screw and divided into a herringbone shape. It should be pierced through the fixing holes along the lower edge of both sides of the body, and both ends of the iron wire should be screwed inside the lower edge. Together, it is not allowed to wrap the iron wire and fix it by itself.
11. The body of the Yuba must press the gusset, and the gusset must never be allowed to press the body.
12. The Yuba with exhaust function must be installed with a windshield window, and the direction of the windshield window should be aligned and fastened in the exhaust flue. The exhaust pipe should be straightened as much as possible and less bent. When it must be bent, it should be smooth , to prevent the “dead angle” from causing wind resistance; if the exhaust pipe needs to be lengthened and connected, the two exhaust pipes must be tightened in the direction of the thread, and direct bonding with adhesive tape is not allowed.
13. The surface-mounted switch box should be fixed with at least two self-tapping screws, and the parallelism between the bottom box and the ground should be controlled within 1 to 1.5mm.
14. The switch should be installed 1.4-1.5m above the ground (the original switch of this type must be used).
15. Before connecting to the power supply, you must first disconnect the power supply, pull out the knife switch or unplug the fuse, and then check with a test pen. You can only connect to the power supply after confirming that there is no electricity. Live work is strictly prohibited. If the power supply cannot be disconnected When it is necessary to work under certain circumstances, insulating gloves must be worn, and someone must supervise when connecting to the power supply. 16. When wiring, the two wire ends must be firmly twisted, no virtual connection or hooking phenomenon is allowed, and insulation should be done well. The tape at the joint should be half-pressed and wound more than two times. The insulation in the bathroom must first be covered with waterproof tape Bandage, and then wrap it with insulating tape. If there is a ground wire, the ground wire must be connected to the body.
