1. Preparation steps before toilet brush installation
Check the levelness of the ground where the toilet will be installed. If it is found to be inclined, it can be installed after adjusting to the level.
Check the sewage pipe of the toilet before installation, and clear the sediment, waste paper and other sundries in the sewage pipe. The water outlet is kept at a height of 2-5 mm above the ground.
After debugging and installing the water tank accessories, connect the tap water, pour water into the water tank, and then observe for a few minutes whether there is water leakage in the water tank or the water inlet hose.
The water pressure of tap water is generally relatively stable, after the water tank is filled with water. Test the sewage effect of the toilet and whether the flushing is powerful. If the vortex of the water flow is very fast and rushes quickly, it means that the water is unobstructed, otherwise, check whether there is any blockage.
2. How to install the toilet brush
Explosion bolt fixing method, this method is designed for toilets with mounting holes at the bottom.
Put the toilet on the installation position, use a pencil to draw the position of the hole and the bottom outline on the ground according to the position of the installation hole, and then remove the toilet.
Drill a hole at the marked position and insert the explosion-connecting bolt, apply adhesive at the joint between the toilet outlet and the ground sewage outlet, place the toilet stably, pull the explosion bolt firmly, and finally seal the bottom of the toilet with cement mortar foot.
Cement bonding method, this method is designed for toilets without installation holes at the bottom.
Place the toilet at the installation position, use a pencil to draw the outline of the bottom of the toilet, and lay a circle of cement mortar with a width of 30mm and a height of 15mm inward along the outline.
Apply adhesive to the joint between the toilet outlet and the floor sewage outlet, wipe off the toilet feet, place it in the installation position smoothly, make it bonded firmly, and wipe off the overflowing cement mortar.
