When we are sick, we need to take medicine. There are many kinds of medicine, tablets, tablets, liquids and so on. Each has its own effect. When we take medicine, we should pay attention to, like some infusion or syrup, oral liquid and so on, to avoid getting on the clothes, otherwise it will be sticky and not good to clean. So what can be done to clean it?
What if the medicine drops on the clothes and won’t wash out
1. Saline wash
To wash, you can soak the medicated clothes in salt water, let them sit for ten minutes, then follow the normal cleaning procedure to add laundry detergent and scrub, then rinse with water several times to clean.
2. Ammonia wash
Ammonia is highly oxidizing and is a bleaching agent. It can be mixed with 10% ammonia water at a ratio of 1 to 10, and then dipped into a cotton ball as a thinner, local wipe stains for cleaning, can easily remove drug stains on clothes.
3. Gasoline cleaning
Directly use appropriate amount of gasoline to wipe the stains on clothes, until the stains disappear, rinse with water, and then put the clothes in a ventilated place to dry naturally, so as to avoid the odor of residual gasoline.
How to wash cold medicine spilled on clothes
Step 1 Once dry, apply detergent or soap containing breaking enzymes to the stain to completely cover it. After 5 minutes, gently scrub the clothes.
2. Then turn the medicated clothes over and repeatedly pat the medicated areas with toilet paper or rag dipped in water;
3. Repeat patting. If the stain cannot be removed, please pat with diluted bleach;
4. After the color of the medicated stain has disappeared, wet the stain and surrounding area using a cloth or toilet paper.
5. Finally, dip clothes in detergent for washing, or add laundry detergent for regular washing.
Note: Clothes with drug stains should be removed from the Chinese medicine stains before being put into the washing machine or laundry detergent to avoid contaminating the whole clothes and other clothes.
What if it dries on your clothes
1. Soak and clean
Soak clothes for a long time if the drug stains cannot be removed. Take a basin of warm water and apply detergent to the drug stains. Then soak the garment in warm water for an hour before washing it the usual way.
2. Use an oxalic acid solution
Use an oxalic acid solution to remove any stains from clothing. Dilute the oxalic acid solution by dropping it into clean water, then dip it in warm water and let it sit for 15 minutes, then change the water, rinse and dry.
3. Use cleaner
You can clean the stains on the clothes with detergent. Pour detergent over the stain, then soak the clothes in water, scrub slowly, then rinse the clothes with clean water, then leave them in the sun to dry.
