The washing machine has now become a necessary household electrical appliance, and it is faced with the problem of installation after buying it back.

The installation of a washing machine is mainly the installation of its accessories, such as the installation of the water inlet pipe of the washing machine. In fact, many people do not understand how to install the water inlet pipe of the washing machine.

After groping and installing it, sometimes I still encounter the problem of water leakage from the water inlet pipe of the washing machine, so what should I do if the water inlet pipe of the washing machine leaks, and how to solve it?

1. How to install the water inlet pipe of the washing machine?

1. The connection between the water inlet pipe and the water inlet valve of the washing machine

Fit the end of the water inlet pipe connector to the water inlet of the water inlet valve and tighten the threads.

Note: The sealing ring of the water inlet filter and the connector should be installed well, and the tightening force should not be too large, so as not to damage the thread.

The water supply pressure should be between 30kpa and 1000kpa. If it exceeds the range, a depressurizing or pressurizing device should be used. After installation, carefully check whether there is water leakage.

2. The connection between the inlet pipe and the faucet

(1) Hold the connection seat with one hand, press the buckle with the other hand and pull down to separate the connection seat from the water inlet pipe.

(2) Loosen the 4 fastening screws on the upper connector and unscrew the connector so that there are 3 threaded gaps between the upper and lower connectors. If the faucet is too thick, you can remove the plastic guide sleeve inside.

(3) Evenly adjust the 4 screws of the connecting head so that the 2 screws on the wall side are in full contact with the outside of the faucet. Screws close to the wall can be pre-tapped by hand.

(4) Press the upper connector against the faucet so that the inner sealing ring is in full contact with the faucet. Note: The sealing ring cannot be removed, and the mouth of the faucet must be flat.

(5) Rotate the 2 screws on the opposite side of the wall to make contact with the faucet, and then tighten them.

(6) Rotate the lower connector until the upper and lower connectors are tightened. The gap between the two should not exceed 3mm.

(7) Press down on the retaining ring of the water inlet pipe. At the same time, insert the water inlet pipe upwards into the lower connector socket, and then release the retaining ring.

(8) Check whether there is water leakage, if there is water leakage, it needs to be re-installed. Note that the faucet should be a standard faucet.
