The installation of the washing machine is mainly the installation of its accessories, such as the installation of the water inlet pipe of the washing machine. In fact, many people do not understand how to install the water inlet pipe of the washing machine.
After groping and installing, sometimes I still encounter the problem of water leakage from the water inlet pipe of the washing machine, so what should I do if the water inlet pipe of the washing machine leaks, and how to solve it?
1. How to install the water inlet pipe of the washing machine?
1. The connection between the water inlet pipe and the water inlet valve of the washing machine
Put the end of the water inlet pipe connector on the water inlet of the water inlet valve, and tighten the thread.
Note: The water inlet filter and the sealing ring of the connecting head should be installed well, and the tightening force should not be too large, so as not to damage the thread.
The water supply pressure should be between 30kpa and 1000kpa. If it exceeds the range, use a pressure reducing or boosting device. After installation, check carefully for water leakage.
2. The connection between the water inlet pipe and the faucet
(1) Hold the connecting seat with one hand, press the buckle with the other hand and pull down to separate the connecting seat from the water inlet pipe.
(2) Loosen the 4 fastening screws on the upper connector, and unscrew the lower connector so that there is a gap of 3 threads between the upper and lower connectors. If the faucet is too thick, you can remove the plastic guide sleeve inside.
(3) Evenly adjust the 4 screws of the connector so that the 2 screws on the wall side are in full contact with the outside of the faucet. The screws near the wall can be screwed in some by hand beforehand.
(4) Push the upper connector against the faucet so that the inner sealing ring is fully in contact with the faucet. Note: Do not take out the sealing ring, and the mouth of the faucet must be flat.
(5) Turn the 2 screws on the opposite side of the wall to make it contact with the faucet, and then tighten it.
(6) Rotate the lower connector until the upper and lower connectors are tightened. The gap between the two should not exceed 3mm.
(7) Press down the buckle of the water inlet pipe. At the same time, insert the water inlet pipe upwards into the lower connection seat, and then loosen the buckle.
(8) Check whether there is water leakage, if there is water leakage, it needs to be reinstalled. Note that the faucet should use a standard faucet.
