A, improper use

Evaporator, condenser dust and dirt is too thick, will also reduce the heat transfer effect, resulting in reduced heating capacity, increased power consumption; heating temperature is set too low.

The air conditioning room door slits, wall holes are not blocked, or open windows and doors frequently, resulting in indoor heat loss, etc. will be unintentionally caused by the air conditioning heating is not strong reasons.

Second, environmental factors

Cooling and heating type air conditioners are divided into heat pump type, heat pump auxiliary electric heating type and electric heating type three products, in the heat equal conditions, the first two power consumption than the third about half, taking into account the power supply capacity and electricity costs, the family now commonly choose the first two types of air conditioning (but should pay attention to their conditions of use, the first two are only applicable to the environment above -5 ℃, obviously not applicable to the northern region).

Third, the refrigeration cycle system, control system failure

1、Insufficient refrigerant

2, four-way valve string gas

Heat pump type air conditioner through the four-way valve to switch the cooling and heating state. If the four-way valve crosstalk, part of the refrigerant should be involved in heat exchange at the four-way valve directly from the compressor outlet pipe back to the return pipe, resulting in the reduction of refrigerant involved in heat exchange, heat exchange efficiency decreases, thus causing a lack of heat production.

3、One-way valve (also known as non-return valve) leakage

When the one-way valve leaks, the high and low pressure pressure difference of the refrigeration system decreases, the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger rises, and the heat obtained from the outside world decreases, resulting in insufficient heat production. When there is a normal air conditioning cooling, insufficient heat failure, by detecting the pressure of the system operation, it will be found that the pressure on the low-pressure side rises, and the pressure difference between high and low pressure drops.

4、Frost controller malfunction

Heat pump type air conditioner in the heating state of the evaporator is located in the outdoor unit, for the heat pump type air conditioner with hot frost defrost device, if the frost controller failure, so that the air conditioner can not be turned into the frost operation in a timely manner, there will be heat pump heating evaporator frost phenomenon, affecting the heat exchange efficiency of air conditioning heating, resulting in insufficient heat, or even shut down.

5, auxiliary electric heating function failure

Now the heat pump auxiliary electric heating type air conditioners commonly use PTC electric auxiliary heating technology, PTC electric auxiliary heating technology can be rapid heating in ultra-low temperature conditions, strong, safe and reliable, long-term use. If the electric auxiliary heating control circuit or electric auxiliary heating equipment failure, can not work properly, when the ambient temperature is relatively low, will lead to inadequate air conditioning heat, or even in a bad environment when the air conditioner does not make heat.
