As usual, the refrigeration process of air conditioning machine is: the compressor compresses the refrigerant gas that absorbs heat energy through the evaporator into high pressure gas, and then sends it to the outdoor unit condenser; The condenser releases the heat energy of high temperature and high pressure gas to the surrounding air through the fan, so that the high temperature and high pressure gas refrigerant is recondensed into a liquid, and then sent to the expansion valve; The expansion valve will cool the liquid refrigerant sent by the condenser pipe into liquid and gas inclusion refrigerant, and then sent to the evaporator loop; The evaporator vaporizes the refrigerant in the liquid and gas inclusion state into gaseous refrigerant by absorbing the heat in the machine room, and then sends it back to the compressor, repeating the previous process.
How to wash and recuperate the air conditioner?
The equipment in the computer room often shows signs of equipment moving, and the equipment moving is usually not done by the maintenance staff of the air conditioning equipment. Therefore, we should check the air flow status in the computer room in real time after the equipment moving, to see whether there is any sign of air short circuit, and whether there is too much air supply resistance at the position of the new equipment. If the above signs should be adjusted in real time, if the adjustment is not external, it should be suggested to move the equipment to a new suitable position.
Check whether the air conditioning filter is clean, if dirty, it should be replaced or washed in real time.
Check the running state of the fan: mainly check the tightening and balance of the fan components, check the bearing, belt, resonance and other conditions; The inspection of the fan should be rare and careful, because the heat exchange process of the evaporator is mainly completed by the fast flow of air through the low temperature evaporator coil under the action of the fan, so that the air conditioning to achieve the effect of refrigeration, so that whether the normal operation of the fan is the final embodiment of the normal operation of the air conditioning system; Of course, the most important thing for the fan is the motor, so we should first check the status of the belt, master and slave driving wheel in the same routine maintenance; The tightness level of the belt adjustment should be appropriate, too loose easy to slip, too tight on the belt wear too fast, the loose belt closely follows the external demand for static pressure also has a large control relationship, although this adjustment is held within the limitation of the control of the air conditioning system; Now the department against the advanced air conditioning system to accept an integrated fan, to solve the problem of belt adjustment
Measure the temperature and humidity values, and the values displayed on the panel are compared. If there is a large error, the temperature and humidity should be corrected. If the error is too large, the reason should be analyzed. Measure the running current of the motor to see whether it is within the defined limit, and the parameters measured can also determine whether the motor is running normally.
