Flexible shaft cleaning method (suitable for any size rectangular, square, round duct): remove all kinds of air openings, professional units to determine the dust accumulation in the duct, put in the inspection robot, observe the internal situation of the duct, determine the cleaning plan (CD can be made), place two air bags at the two ends of the duct to be cleaned and open a round process hole on one side, and connect the hole to the inlet of the trap with a hose, then put in the other side. The dust will be sucked away by the trap at the same time, that is, the “Young dust vacuum method” (or by working with a special high-pressure vacuum cleaner at the same time to achieve simultaneous cleaning and vacuuming of the above-mentioned air ducts, “direct vacuum method”). The disinfectant is sprayed by the machine, the air duct cleaning is observed by the inspection robot (CD can be made), the air duct cleaning is measured by professional units, various air outlets are installed, and the cleaning completion report is issued.
The process of central air conditioning air duct cleaning
The first step. Cleaning air conditioning ventilation duct system is firstly cleaned in layers, then each layer of air conditioning duct system is divided into several cleaning construction pipe sections, the length of each pipe section does not exceed 30 meters.
Step 2. The detection robot will work online with other sets of equipment, and the detection robot will be put into the air duct to be detected from the detection port to detect the internal pollution condition of the air duct, and through the monitoring camera unit, the internal pollution condition of the air duct and the whole detection process video can be seen on the monitor, and some relevant records can be filled in at any time.
Step 3. For small size ducts of central air conditioning ventilation system, use electric universal brush to clean up, for curved ventilation pipe sections and risers, use air soft brush or air nozzle to clean up, these cleaning and sweeping tools should work with high-power vacuum box to ensure that the dust and debris inside the duct can be effectively sucked out.
Step 4. Cleaning of vertical air ducts: Vertical air ducts and generally only in air conditioning rooms or ventilation shafts, given this situation to open the interface of the vacuum cleaner at the bottom of the air duct. At the highest point, use high pressure blowing device to repeatedly blow and wash into the pipe.

Step 7. The next step of cleaning, the same operation steps, but just install the dust collector air outlet for the import of the pneumatic brush, the next neighboring air outlet for the dust collector connection port, the air bag on the back end of the dust collector inflatable seal, and another air bag to seal the cleaned part to prevent secondary pollution.
