Poop is a mirror. We can know if the intestine is healthy by the shape, texture and smell. Generally, the bowel movement is smooth and can be completed in about 2~3 minutes, and wiped clean with 1~2 pieces of paper. But there are always people who feel that the stool is not clean, even if it is 10 sheets of paper. What is this?
I always feel dirty when I have a bowel movement. What’s going on here?
1.
Hemorrhoids are divided into internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids, of which internal hemorrhoids are the most common. Internal hemorrhoids are located at the lower end, and because the lesion is constantly irritating the inner rectal wall, it can make a person feel like having a bowel movement at all times. The excrement is drained, but there is still a strong sense of convenience.
2. Indigestion
Intestinal dysfunction not only causes nausea, vomiting, bloating, and belching, but also makes people feel convenient, but not really want to defecate.
3. Enteritis
There are several types of intestinal inflammation, including perianal inflammation, colitis and proctitis. Inflammation can constantly irritate the intestines and cause the sensation of defecation. If the inflammation is not fully resolved, the feeling of incomplete bowel movements will continue.

1. Blood in stool
Blood in stool is the first symptom of bowel cancer, because cancer cells can infiltrate the intestinal wall and cause continuous bleeding. Usually, the stool is mixed with blood and appears as black stool or sticky mucus-like stool. However, this symptom can be easily confused with hemorrhoids, which are located at the end of the rectum and have bright red blood attached to the surface of the stool.
2. Change in bowel habits
As the cancer lesion occupies the intestinal tract, the bowel habits may change greatly, such as unexplained diarrhea and constipation, alternating constipation and diarrhea, and flattened stool shape.
3. Weight loss
With the expansion of cancer, the digestion and absorption function will be affected, and some people will lose weight and get tired. Especially after cancer cells metastasize, it can affect the whole body area.
How to make the stool more fluid?
1. Master the defecation posture
Research has found that the best posture for defecation is squatting. Because the anorectal angle is the largest when squatting, squatting can increase abdominal pressure, which is conducive to fecal discharge. If you sit down, you can put a short bench under your feet to raise your hips; in addition, when your legs are raised, the anorectal angle can reach its maximum, which is more conducive to defecation. There is also the good habit of regular bowel movements. If you have any convenience, you should go to the toilet immediately. Wake up in the morning or after eating squatting toilet, over time will form a conditioned reflex. Also be careful when defecating. You should not defecate while playing with your phone. Defecation time should be limited to 5 minutes or less.
2. Adjust your diet
Eat more foods with dietary fiber, such as leeks, onions, broccoli and spinach. Because dietary fiber can increase the volume and water content of stool, it helps relieve constipation. Also, you should actively develop the habit of drinking water, with a daily water intake of 2,000ml, to provide power for bowel movement.
