Horizontal pit distance is generally 180mm, the pit distance of the ground row is more complex, there are 200mm, 305mm, 400mm, 580mm and so on.
The measurement method is simple, the distance from the center of the drain pipe to the strong is the pit distance, the vertical row measurement method is the same. When measuring the thickness of the brick, the manufacturer’s toilet shows 400mm pit distance, basically 380mm pit distance, the manufacturer reserved 20mm for the thickness of the brick. If the measurement is 370mm, do not worry, because the diameter of the sewer pipe is usually 110mm, and the diameter of the outlet of the toilet is 70mm. The distance between the two can be adjusted by 40mm.
Toilet installation tips
Toilet installation is relatively easy, generally after buying back, install themselves or ask workers to install the master. Although the installation of the toilet is simple, it is very important to master the installation method of the toilet. Only the accurate installation of the toilet can make people feel safe to use. 1. Check the levelness of the sewage pipe and the ground
Before installing the toilet, the sewage pipe should be comprehensively inspected to see whether there is mud, sand, waste paper and other debris blocked in the pipe. At the same time, check whether the floor of the toilet installation site is level. If the ground is uneven, the ground should be levelled during installation.
2. Determine the center of the sewage pipe
Flip the toilet, determine the center on the toilet drain outlet, and draw a cross center line, the center line should extend to the bottom of the toilet around the feet.
3. Fix the toilet
Align the cross wire on the toilet with the sewage outlet on the ground, install the toilet horizontally, firmly press the sealing ring, and install the anchor screws and decorative cap.
4. Seal the bottom
Install a special sealing ring on the toilet drain, or put a ring of glass glue (putty) or cement mortar around, and the ratio of cement to sand is 1:3.
5. Install water tank accessories
Drain water for 3-5 minutes to flush the pipe to ensure the clean water supply pipe; Then install the Angle valve and connect the hose, and then connect the hose to the water inlet valve of the installed tank fittings and press the water supply.
6. Debugging and testing
Check whether the water inlet valve is properly fed and sealed, whether the installation position of the drainage valve is flexible, whether there is jamming and leakage, and whether there is leakage of the filter device of the water inlet valve.
