This fault should be handled in real time, otherwise it will not only damage the fan, but also cause the fan to hit the chassis or the flow guide ring and emit noise, the gap between the axial fan and the flow guide ring and the chassis should be small, the purpose is to improve the efficiency of the fan and the water cooling condenser, improve its heat exchange efficiency. If the chassis steel is poor or the fan motor is not adjusted well in the installation process, the air conditioner will occur after remote transportation or after a period of use. In case of this fault, the chassis can be pulled out, and the installation position of the fan motor can be adjusted again until it is not touched, and then the fastening can be done.
